The first-time public will have the opportunity to watch the film documentation of R.E.P.R.I.S.E., the choreographic archive of dramaturge- choreographer Gabriela Zuarez, at the To The Moon feminist art exhibit, on Saturday, June 28 17:00 – 17:30, Prinsengracht 239 M Amsterdam.

To The Moon is a feminist art exhibit curated by visual artist Claudia Partac, gathering nine women artists in a collective act of resistance and renewal will run from off 26 till 29 June en two different locations in Amsterdam (read the program here).
Artists Line-up: Aafke Buringh; Claudia Partac; E. Coleman Muehlhausen; Esmeralda Mlihi Terraneo; Jasna Ivanković; Leontine Smit; Lies Aris; Lou Pitaffe; Nell berger; Rachel Wu Zi Chin. Guest Artists: Gabriela Zuarez, Gabriela Acha, and Cinzia Rota.
Gabriela Zuarez and her dance work R.E.P.R.I.S.E have been invited to join the exhibit. She is a guest artist in the collective program with the documentary of one of her resilient choreographic projects: R.E.P.R.I.S.E. created in 2018.

The documentary film of the live performance R.E.P.R.I.S.E. was performed by a sextet of local young Argentine female dancers and was part of the Coreo-Lab project, which focused on dance activism and raising social awareness in response to the Argentinian parliament’s rejection of women’s rights at the time. R.E.P.R.I.S.E. was the culmination of the 2018 year Coreo-Lab international dance residency, which was part of an exchange between Argentina and the Netherlands from 2017 till 2019. Go the event
Gabriela Zuarez|Sur Mundo Ensemble Amsterdam, the creative producer Micaela Tettamanti TRIBU (formerly of MIKKO Studio), and Club Cultural Matienzo Buenos Aires in Argentina met to conceive and co-produce.
The Coreo-Lab project received auspices from the Buenos Aires Local Governance, and was sponsored by the Dutch Embassy and lately Mecenazgo Cultural in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
