The Sunday Yogic Practice has been developed for performing artists, such as dancers and musicians, and has been extended to entrepreneurs, leaders, and other professionals, including nurses and physical therapists. These groups with proactive lifestyles often encounter high stress and significant workloads. This practice helps participants reduce stress, improve physical resilience, and foster well-being, making it valuable for everyone who wishes to participate. The practice lasts 2.5 hours and it is held on every other Sunday of the month, on the second and fourth Sundays.
This is an integrated practice that begins with conscious bodywork using various movement disciplines, offering an experiential exercise in which participants engage in approaching the Body-Awareness, breathing exercises (Pranayama), and the Yogic Ten Body System. Next comes a Yoga session founded on the Kundalini Yoga, addressing three levels of the person: physical (osteo-muscular and endocrinological), mental (nervous system and mental balance), and spiritual (strength, love, will, flow, elevation).
