Reservations

Cancellations must always be communicated by email info@surmundo.nl. Social media messages or mobile will not be accepted.

• For residency, workshop lab, mentoring trajectory you must submit your application with your motivation, as it is described. Masterclasses and mentoring trajectory for organizations are upon request of the organization and has a limit of participants.
• We work in tailored- groups, then places for all practices are limited. Please, as soon as your place has been confirmed, proceed to pay the reservation fee to secure your spot.
• Photos, videos, shootings and castings will be recorded during the residency.
• Dancers/movers with previous injuries/ surgeries/ illnesses are required to be transparent and inform when registering. As well if you are taking medication.
• Candidates for the Dance Research & Development residency have included the workshops-lab in their applications and in the residency fee.
• Residencies selected candidates must hold a letter of compromise for the residency time scheduled. That is in agreement between the leader and the candidate. In that compromise is the specification of residencies length and amount of practices that are included, as well try-outs and open presentations.
• There are reduced fee for students at academies or universities in The Netherlands and reduced fee for performing arts professionals members of the Kunstenbond. Please contact the organization.
• Candidates for the Coreo-Lab Buenos Aires studying or graduating from Argentinian universities or holding an Argentinian ID are entitled to a reduced fee.

• Bookings for Residencies, Workshops-Lab, and Mentoring Trajectories, Yogic Practices are individual and non-transferable.
• Workshop-Lab: There is a discount on the booking price for booking a second and/or third Workshop-Lab in the same event period.
• Residencies, Workshops-Lab, Masterclasses and Mentoring for Dancers have a precondition of € 70 reservation.
• Guest dance participants applying for a trial practice must purchase € 50 to participate. The trial practice is conditional and it is applicable upon request of the participant and accepted by the practice leader.

Cos having limited spots, once your place is confirmed, after your acceptation, please proceed making the reservation fee of your spot within 48 hours. Then you have up to 5 working days to complete the payment of the whole fee. Reservation Fees are not refundable.

• Yogic Practices must be purchased in advance and the cancellation policy is 72 hours with a 50% refund. 1-month and 3-months passes don’t have refund.
• Guest dance participants applying for a trial practice must purchase € 50 to participate. The trial practice is conditional and it is applicable upon request of the participant.

Residencies, Workshops-Lab, Mentoring for Dancers and Masterclasses

• Cancellations are up to 3 weeks in advance of the starting date of the practice. The reimburse of the fee will be 75% of the total booking.
• Cancellations for more than three weeks in advance, we will refund your payment except for a reservation fee of € 70 in the case of residencies, workshops-lab, mentoring and masterclasses.
• Cancellations between 8 days till 72 hours before the practice only 50% of the total fee is refunded. If less than 72 hours notice is given there is no refund.
• Reservation fees are non-refundable in the case the participant retrieve of the practice, also not in the case of illness or injury. The reservation fee is intended to secure the practitioners' place and to compromise the practitioners' work during the practice, with the leader and the group.
• Cancellation of any of the mentoring sessions, once started the trajectory, is ONLY possible 72 hours in advance to the due scheduled session and it might be possible to re-schedule.
• If less than 72 hours notice is given, that session-practice will be lost and not possible to re-schedule.
• Once Mentoring Trajectory has started, the fees are not refundable in the case of cancellation of the trajectory.
• Yogic Practices for Dancers fees must be purchased in advance. The cancellation policy is 72 hours with a 50% refund for single practice. The booking is non-transferable. Bookings for 1-month and 3-month passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Cancellation of Yogic practices for holders of 1-month and 3-month passes might be possible to re-schedule ONLY if noticed 72 hours in advance.
